Cocoonr offers this 20 m² flat with swimming pool for rent in Le Plan-de-la-Tour, in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, which can accommodate up to 2 people.
Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a 15 m² living room with double sofa bed, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a sleeping area at the entrance (suitable for children) and a shower room.

The accommodation comprises - A 15 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. - A sleeping area in the entrance hall with a bunk bed (sleeps two, suitable for children) - A shower room with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside: - A 20 x 10 m swimming pool, shared with the residence (unheated).
The pool is open from 1 June to 1 October.
A security badge is provided to enter the pool gate.
The flat is ideally located in the Les Mas de Saint Lazare residence (secured and closed by an electric gate).
All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.
Activities : - Sainte-Maxime beaches 9 kilometres from the flat - Walk along the Gorgues path - Discover the menhirs of Prat Bourdin - The "Les Hameaux" hike - Visit the village of Le Plan-de-la-Tour via the "discovery circuit".
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.
For other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Les Arcs - Draguignan, 32 km away - Nearest airport: Cannes-Mandelieu, 70 km away Other information : - Free WiFi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - The residence is secured by an electric gate - Bed linen, towels and household linen are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site).
