Should you have any issues with the T&Cs you may cancel immediately free of charge.
We offer free cleaning of the property (valued at $70) during your stay to anyone who books for 7 nights, or longer, at least 28 days in advance.
All bookings require a $500 bond to cover any damage caused to the property.
The Security Bond will only be released after a full inspection of the property upon checkout.
This is to confirm there has been no damage to the property, no missing items, and no excessive cleaning is required.
To help keep our prices as low as possible, we make up the beds according to the number of guests booked. 1-2 guests > 1 queen bed 3-4 guests > 2 queen beds 5-6 guests > 2 queen beds + 1 double bed If you require extra bedding, there is a small fee to cover the cost of linen ($10).
