The well-equipped kitchen and dining area is ideal for cooking up hearty breakfasts or leisurely evening meals, enjoyed together at the dining table.
Just beyond, the sitting room beckons with two comfortable sofas, an armchair, and a charming feature fireplace, setting the perfect tone for gathering after a day of exploring Hastings.
On the ground floor, a thoughtfully styled twin bedroom awaits, complete with a small collection of books to enjoy at your leisure.
French doors open directly onto the enclosed rear courtyard, a peaceful corner where you can sip your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine as the day draws to a close.

Thistle Villa , a terraced Victorian house, consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and dining table and chairs, and a sitting room with two sofas, armchair, and feature fireplace. Electric storage heaters and air blow heaters are also availableThe bedrooms consist of two doubles and ground-floor twin. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, and basin and WC, and shower room with walk-in shower and basin and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed rear courtyard and on-street parking. One well-behaved pet welcome. Please note as we do very much welcome children and a pet, the sofa slip covers will be cleaned between every guest but we do ask for your understanding re any seasonal wear and tear.
