The Cocoonr agency proposes you to rent, Adorable cottage of recent construction offering a superb sight lake. situated on the commune of Veyrier-du-Lac.
With a surface area of around 40m2, this accommodation can easily sleep 4 people.
The fully-equipped terrace (chairs, table, sun loungers) offers 100m2 of green space for the sole use of the tenants.
Situated on the garden level with private parking, the accommodation comprises : Living room : - A bathroom with a lake view, equipped with a washbasin and a bath with shower screen. - Upstairs, accessed by an internal staircase: spacious living room with a beautiful lake view, equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed.
Separate WC. - Dining area and fully equipped kitchen.
Sleeping area: - Double sofa bed on mezzanine - A private bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190cm) on the ground floor with access to the terrace.
Outside area : - Fully equipped 16m2 terrace.
Additional facilities: -Wi-Fi, washing machine, private parking secured by a gate, iron and ironing board.
Cot and high chair available on request.
Nearby amenities: - The flat is ideally located on the heights of Veyrier-du-lac, a 30-minute walk from the lake and beach. - Cycle path 2 minutes away - Shops: Supermarket, newsagent, bakery, butcher, florist, bank, etc. 30 minutes' walk away.
Activities : Go hiking at Semnoz, pedal along the shores of the lake, experience thrills with water activities (wakeboarding, private outings...), explore the local heritage on cultural visits (Lake Annecy Ecomuseum...), take to the skies on a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy's old town.
Connoisseurs of fine cuisine can enjoy tailor-made gastronomic experiences thanks to our chef services (delivery, private chef...).
All your activities and services can be organised by our local partner, an expert in personalised holidays.
Transport : - The regular SIBRA bus routes, with a stop located close to the flat (200 metres, Ramponnet stop) , make it easy to reach Annecy city centre (around 25 minutes) as well as the nearby beaches (5 minutes). - Geneva international airport can be reached in around 50 minutes by car.
Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy.
For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services. - If you choose to come by car, a private parking space is available under the chalet.
Other remarks : - All accommodation is non-smoking - Parties and noise pollution are strictly forbidden. - Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided.
Beds will be made up on arrival.
