Cocoonr Annecy offers you the opportunity to rent Villa Contempora, an elegant 200 m² contemporary house located just 800 metres from Lake Annecy, 500 metres from the cycle path and 8 km from Annecy's historic centre.
Nestling in a peaceful, green setting, it enjoys plenty of sunshine throughout the day and a large wooden terrace with garden furniture, ideal for sharing meals at different times of the day.
This warm, modern villa is the perfect place for a holiday with family or friends.
A space adapted for people with reduced mobility (bedroom and en suite shower room to PRM standards) is also available on the garden level.
Villa Contempora is composed as follows
Garden level :
- Large, light-filled living room with triple bay window opening onto the terrace and swimming pool.
- Modern, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen.
- Double bedroom (140x190 cm), specially designed for people with reduced mobility, with en-suite shower room (washbasin, shower and WC to PRM standards).
1st half-level :
- Bathroom with bath, shower and double washbasin.
- Double bedroom (bed 160x190 cm) with dressing area and views of the pool and mountains.
- Separate WC.
2ᵉ half level:
- Double bedroom (bed 140x190 cm) with air conditioning.
- Bedroom with bunk beds (90x190 cm), also with air conditioning.
- Bathroom with bath/shower and washbasin.
- Separate WC.
Outside area :
- Private heated outdoor swimming pool (15x10 m) with secure cover open from 01 June to 15 September.
- Wooden terrace with garden furniture facing east, ideal for enjoying the morning sun.
Additional facilities:
Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Cot and high chair available on request. Nearby amenities: Villa Contempora is ideally located in a quiet area of Saint-Jorioz just 25 minutes' walk from the lake. - Cycle path along the lake 3 minutes away. - Shops: bakery, greengrocer, supermarket, delicatessen, pharmacy, etc. 16 minutes' walk away. Activities : Go hiking at Semnoz, pedal along the shores of the lake, experience thrills with water activities (wakeboarding, private outings...), explore the local heritage on cultural visits (Lake Annecy Ecomuseum...), take to the skies on a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy's old town.
Connoisseurs of fine cuisine can enjoy tailor-made gastronomic experiences thanks to our chef services (delivery, private chef...). All your activities and services can be organised by our local partner, an expert in personalised holidays. Transport : - The regular SIBRA bus lines Y51 and 15, with a stop located close to the villa (Croix de Filly) make it easy to reach Annecy city centre (around 10 minutes) as well as the nearby beaches (5 minutes). - Geneva international airport can be reached in around 45 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy.
For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services. - If you choose to come by car, you can take advantage of parking spaces in front of the house. Other remarks : - Entirely non-smoking accommodation - Parties and noise pollution are strictly forbidden. - This accommodation is not suitable for pets - Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided.
Beds will be made up on arrival.
Tea towels and bath mats are also provided. On arrival, you will be given a personalised welcome by a service provider selected by Cocoonr Annecy.
