Cocoonr Agency is delighted to present Les Balcons de la Suite, a charming apartment ideally located in the heart of Saint-Jorioz, within the modern residence Le Rive Gauche.
You will be captivated by its contemporary décor, comfort, and privileged location, with shops and restaurants just steps away, and the sandy beach of Saint-Jorioz only a few minutes’ walk from your door.
The apartment is arranged as follows : Located on the 1st floor of a quiet, secure residence with an elevator.

- Fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator with large freezer compartment, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, full crockery and cookware

Sophie est extrêmement réactive, le logement est propre et très bien fourni, la terrasse est grande et agréable. A 2 min à pied de l’arrêt de bus pour aller à Annecy (20min de bus) , à 20min à pied du lac, à 2min à pied des commerces et restaurants. Très bon séjour, je recommande ce logement !

Idéalement placé au niveau des différentes commodités. L’immeuble est très sécurisé. Le mobilier et les matériels proposés sont de qualité. Terrasse très agréable. L’accueil par Mayline a été très chaleureux et les explications furent très précises. Elle pris le temps de nous accueillir et de répondre à nos interrogations. Site et logement à conseiller.

Quartier sympa et paisible, proche du centre d’Annecy et du lac. Parking privé est un gros plus Livret d’accueil complet et très utile. Seul hic le chauffage que nous n’avons pas put mettre au delas de 19degres. Je recommande !
