Located on the 1st floor of a quiet, secure residence with lift, the flat comprises : Living room : - Entrance hall with cupboards - Fully equipped kitchen: fridge with separate large freezer compartment, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, crockery and cutlery. - Dining room for 6 people - Bright living room with connected TV, internet, sofa and armchairs Sleeping area: - Bedroom 1: two single beds (90x200 cm), wardrobe, cot and high chair for babies - Bedroom 2: double bed (140x200 cm), large wardrobe with sliding doors, balcony access - Bedroom 3: double bed (140x200 cm), large wardrobe with sliding doors, balcony access - Bathroom: bath with glass panel, vanity unit, hairdryer Outside : - Spacious sunny terrace accessible from the living room, equipped with garden furniture, electric grill, table and chairs.
Additional facilities: Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Cot and high chair available in the flat.
Nearby amenities: - The flat is ideally located in the heart of Saint-Jorioz, - Cycle path along the lake 2 minutes away - Shops: bakery, greengrocer, supermarket, delicatessen, pharmacy, etc. 10 minutes' walk away.
Activities : Go hiking at Semnoz, pedal along the shores of the lake, experience thrills with water activities (wakeboarding, private outings...), explore the local heritage on cultural visits (Lake Annecy Ecomuseum...), take to the skies on a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy's old town.

Transport : - Regular SIBRA bus lines Y51 and 15 from Annecy for easy access to the city centre (around 20 minutes) and nearby beaches (5 to 20 minutes). - Geneva international airport can be reached in around 45 minutes by car.
Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy.
For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services. - If you choose to come by car, a garage is available.
