Cocoonr Annecy offers Le Duplex Plage, an elegant 85 m² duplex apartment ideally located in Veyrier-du-Lac.
Just a few metres from Lake Annecy and La Brune beach, on the particularly sunny eastern shore, the property is set within a high-standard residence in absolute tranquillity. From every room, you will enjoy breathtaking, unobstructed views of the lake.
The accommodation is composed as follows :
Ground floor (1st floor of the residence, no lift):
- Spacious entrance hall
- Separate WC
- Utility area with washer-dryer
- Fully equipped open-plan kitchen: fridge, freezer, hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette set
- Dining area for 5 guests
- Cosy living room with fireplace and TV, opening onto the large terrace
- Master bedroom with double bed (140x200 cm), wardrobe, and stunning lake view
Upper floor:
- Bedroom with two twin beds (90x200 cm), dressing room, and beautiful lake view
- Large bathroom with both bathtub and shower
- Study area, ideal for remote working or reading
Outside:
- 20 m² terrace with outdoor furniture: table and chairs for 6, sun loungers, and a magnificent panoramic view of the lake
Additional facilities:
Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Cot and high chair available on request.

The apartment is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood of Veyrier-du-Lac, just a 5-minute walk from the lake and beach.

- Shops: bakery, greengrocer, supermarket, delicatessen, pharmacy, etc., 10 minutes away on foot
Activities:
Go hiking in the Semnoz mountains, cycle along the shores of the lake, feel the thrill of water activities (wakeboarding, private boat trips…), explore the local heritage through cultural visits (Lake Annecy Ecomuseum…), take to the skies for an aerial adventure in a paraglider, and wander through the old town of Annecy. Food lovers can indulge in tailor-made gastronomic experiences thanks to our chef services (delivery, private chef…). All your activities and services can be organised by our local partner, an expert in creating personalised stays.
Transport:
- The regular SIBRA 20 bus routes, with a stop located near the apartment, provide easy access to Annecy city centre (approximately 25 minutes) and the nearby beaches (5 to 15 minutes).
- Geneva International Airport is approximately 45 minutes away by car. Bus and private shuttle services also connect Geneva to Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend using taxis or private hire vehicles.
- If you choose to come by car, a parking space is available in front of the residence.

- Entirely non-smoking accommodation
- Parties and noise disturbances are strictly prohibited
- Hotel-quality (4/5-star) sheets and towels are provided. Beds will be made upon your arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided.

La vue de la terrasse et l'équipement de l'appartement ont rendu ce séjour agreable. La résidence est calme mais bien placée près du lac.
Les ventilateurs pourraient être plus puissants ou remplacés par de la climatisation. Étage difficile à refroidir quand il faut 36 degrés dehors.
