The flat is composed as follows: - Spacious living room with large family sofa, dining area and large picture windows offering exceptional views of the lake and mountains.
Direct access to the terrace, garden and lake. - Fully-equipped open-plan kitchen: oven, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine, crockery and cutlery. - Bedroom 1: 2 single beds 80x190 cm forming a double bed (non-separable), direct access to terrace/garden and lake. - Bedroom 2: 1 single bed 90x190 cm, bookcase with books available (no window). - Bedroom 3: 1 double bed 140x190 cm (no window). - Bathroom with toilet.
Outside : - Large 40 m² terrace with dining table, seating area and garden furniture. - Private paved area for the flat and shared lawn for residents. - Private 4,000 m² beach with two pontoons.
Possibility of renting jointly with Le Loft Azur (1ᵉʳ floor), to accommodate up to 7 people.
Additional facilities: Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Cot and high chair available on site.
Nearby amenities: The flat is ideally located in a quiet, privileged residence in Duingt, right on the water! - Cycle path along the lake 2 minutes away. - Shops: bakery, greengrocer, supermarket, delicatessen, pharmacy, etc. 10 minutes' walk away.
Activities : Go hiking at Semnoz, pedal along the shores of the lake, experience thrills with water activities (wakeboarding, private outings...), explore the local heritage on cultural visits (Lake Annecy Ecomuseum...), take to the skies on a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy's old town.
Connoisseurs of fine cuisine can enjoy tailor-made gastronomic experiences thanks to our chef services (delivery, private chef...).

Transport : - Regular SIBRA bus lines Y51 and 15 from Annecy for easy access to the city centre (around 20 minutes) and nearby beaches (5 to 20 minutes).
Daviet stop - Geneva international airport can be reached in around 45 minutes by car.
There are also bus and private shuttle services between Geneva and Annecy.
For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services. - If you choose to come by car, a private parking space is available in front of the residence.
