Cocoonr Annecy offers you the opportunity to rent Le Panoramique Rivage, a flat in a unique location on the shores of Lake Annecy.
Ideal for a couple with children or two couples of friends, this charming flat will win you over with its comfort, large private terrace overlooking the water and direct access to the lake from the residence's private beach.
The rotunda terrace, measuring around 70 m², is accessed via large picture windows from the bedroom and living room.
It offers exceptional views of the mountains and the Château de Duingt. The flat comprises Living room: - A bright living room opening onto the rotunda terrace, with panoramic views of the lake and mountains - A convivial dining area for 6 people facing the lake - A modern, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen Bathroom: - Bathroom with bath and double washbasins - Separate WC Night area: - Bedroom 1: master suite with king-size bed (180x200), direct access to the terrace - Living room with double sofa bed (140 cm) Outside area : - Large private terrace of around 50 m² overlooking the water, with a view of the lake and the Château de Duingt. - Direct, private access to the lake via the residence's private beach - Accessible cycle path just behind the residence Additional facilities : Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, secure private parking space (located opposite the residence). Public car park available nearby. Nearby amenities: Ideally located by the lake, the flat provides immediate access to the cycle path and is around 30 minutes' drive from the centre of Annecy and its shops, restaurants and cultural events. Activities : From the flat, go for bike rides along the water, enjoy water activities (swimming, paddle, wakeboarding), explore the hiking trails of the Semnoz or let yourself be seduced by the old town of Annecy.
Thrill-seekers can try their hand at paragliding over the lake. - The regular SIBRA bus routes Y51 and 15, with a stop close to the accommodation, provide easy access to Annecy city centre (around 40 minutes) and nearby beaches (5 to 20 minutes). - Geneva international airport can be reached in around 1 hour 15 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy.
For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services. - If you come by car, you will have a private parking space in the residence car park.
A public car park is also available nearby if required. Other remarks : - Completely non-smoking accommodation - Parties and noise pollution are strictly forbidden. - Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided.
Beds will be made up on arrival.
Tea towels and bath mats are also provided. - We are happy to welcome your pet (dog up to 8 kg), for a supplement of €40. For any special requests (greater weight, second animal, other animal, etc.), please contact us: we will study your request carefully. On site, you will be given a personal welcome by a service provider selected by Cocoonr Annecy.
