Ideal for spending time with family or friends, in summer and winter alike, it is seductive for its calm, charm and pleasant location, offering shade and coolness from the afternoon onwards.

Situated on the garden level with a private parking space in front of the house, the accommodation comprises ..: Living room - Ground floor : - Jacuzzi for up to 6 people, with access to a small terrace to enjoy sunny summer evenings - Full laundry room with tumble dryer, washing machine and hanging space. - Natural drainage system for rainwater run-off, preserving the beauty of the lake. - Separate WC Living area - 1st floor : - Fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, extractor hood and filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster and kitchen utensils - Extendable dining table for 6 people - Connected wall-mounted TV - Electric fireplace with remote control for a cosy atmosphere - Hi-Fi system Night space : 1st floor: - Bedroom no. 1: 1 double bed (140x190cm) with its own shower room, washbasin 2ᵉ floor: - Separate WC - Bedroom n°2, lake side: 1 queen-size double bed (160x200cm) with its en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower and a bathtub, storage cupboards, television and a study area - Bedroom 3, mountain side: 1 queen-size double bed (160x200cm) with en-suite shower room, storage cupboards.
