Cocoonr offers you this beautiful 115 m² modern house to rent in Saint-Jorioz, just 200 metres from the lake and 400 metres from the village centre, nestled in a quiet residential cul-de-sac.
Recent and bright, decorated with care, it has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. The gas fireplace adds a much-appreciated cosy touch, and the 800 m² enclosed landscaped garden provides an ideal outdoor space for enjoying the mountain views.
The house is composed as follows:
Garden level :
- Spacious living room opening onto the terrace and garden, with TV lounge area (connected TV, Netflix, YouTube...), dining area for 8 people.
- Fully-equipped open-plan kitchen: fridge, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.
- Utility room with washing machine.
- Separate WC.
First floor
- Bedrooms 1 & 2: queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160x200) with access to balcony
- Bedroom 4: 2 single beds (80x200) that can be moved closer together
- 1 bathroom with shower and washbasin
- 1 bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC
Outside
- 800 m² enclosed landscaped garden
- Wooden terrace with garden furniture, plancha, deckchairs and beautiful mountain views
Adjoining Port-Lac 1 (possibility of renting both simultaneously).

- Geneva international airport can be reached in around 1 hour by car - buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater convenience, we recommend taxis or VTCs.

L'emplacement est top près du lac par un petit chemin c'est très agréable . Maison très pratique.
La propreté de la maison c était pas nickel. Les meubles de cuisine n étaient pas très propre en particulier, j ai dû les nettoyer. Sinon maison très pratique.
