In the heart of the village of Saint-Jorioz, just a few hundred metres from Lake Annecy, Cocoonr offers this spacious 63 m² T3 flat for rent, combining comfort, modernity and a prime location.
Located on the 2ᵉ floor of a residence with lift and private parking, this single-storey accommodation is ideal for enjoying the lake, mountains and all amenities on foot.
Living area: - Kitchen opening onto the living room, fully equipped (oven - microwave - induction hob - dishwasher - raclette machine - Nespresso coffee machine - filter coffee machine...) - Lounge area with TV (classic channels) - Dining room for 4/5 people Sleeping area : - Bedroom 1 - double bed (160x200) - Bedroom 2 - two single beds (90x200) - Bathroom with shower and washing machine - Separate WC Outside : - Balcony with unobstructed view of the Laudon river.
Additional facilities: Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Cot and high chair available on request.
In the immediate vicinity : - Maison de la presse - supermarket (Super U) - bakery - butcher's shop - restaurants a few metres away - Saint-Jorioz beach 10 minutes' walk away Activities : Go hiking at Semnoz, pedal along the shores of the lake, experience thrills with water activities (wakeboarding, private outings...), explore the local heritage on cultural visits (Lake Annecy Ecomuseum...), take to the skies for a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy's old town.
Connoisseurs of fine cuisine can enjoy tailor-made gastronomic experiences thanks to our chef services (delivery, private chef...).

Transport : - Regular SIBRA bus routes Y51 and 15, with a stop located close to the flat, provide easy access to Annecy city centre (around 25 minutes) as well as nearby beaches (5 to 20 minutes) Saint Jorioz Mairie or Saint Jorioz Collège bus stop. - Geneva international airport can be reached in around 1 hour by car - buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy - for greater convenience, we recommend taxis or VTCs. - Private car park on site Other remarks : - Entirely non-smoking accommodation - Pets are allowed if they weigh less than 8 kg - Parties and noise pollution are strictly forbidden - Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided.
