Cocoonr Agency offers for rent this chalet overlooking Saint-Jorioz and offering a 180° view of Lake Annecy. Between lake and mountains, you can enjoy this ideal haven of nature and tranquility, all in an authentic and preserved setting.
Perfect for a family or friends’ getaway, the chalet is composed as follows:
Living area:
- Spacious living room with cozy lounge and fireplace
- Dining area for 6 people
- Separate WC
- Fully equipped independent kitchen (dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, electric oven, microwave, ceramic hob, crockery for 8 people)
- East-facing terrace accessible directly from the living room, with table, chairs, and parasol
Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: two single beds (90x200), south-facing with lake and mountain view
- Bedroom 2: double bed (160x200), south-facing with lake and mountain view
- Desk area
- Storage space for suitcases
- Separate WC
- Bathroom with bathtub
Outside:
- Private garden of 1,350 m² with lake and mountain views
- Terrace with outdoor furniture
Additional amenities:
- Wi-Fi, Hi-Fi system, washing machine, private parking, iron and ironing board. Baby cot and highchair available upon request.
Nearby:
The chalet is located in a quiet area near the village of Saint-Jorioz, less than 10 minutes by car from the lake and the beach.
- Cycle path at the foot of the chalet to access the most beautiful mountain passes in the region by bike, including Semnoz
- Shops: Super U supermarket, newsagent, bakery, butcher, florist, banks… all within a 6-minute drive
Activities:
- Hike to the Semnoz
- Cycle along the shores of the lake
- Enjoy water sports (wakeboard, private boat trips…)
- Explore the local heritage with cultural visits (Écomusée du Lac d’Annecy…)
- Take to the skies with a paragliding adventure
- Wander through Annecy’s old town

Transport:
- Regular SIBRA bus lines Y51 and 15 serve Annecy city center (about 25 minutes) and the nearby beaches (5 to 20 minutes). The nearest stop is 1.2 km from the property (uphill).
- Geneva International Airport is about a 45-minute drive away. Bus services and private shuttles also connect Geneva to Annecy. For more comfort, we recommend using taxis or private car services.
- If you choose to come by car, 3 private parking spaces are available with the chalet
Other notes:
- Non-smoking accommodation
- Parties and noise disturbances are strictly prohibited
- High-quality hotel linens (4/5 star) are provided. Beds will be made upon arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided.
- Please note that this accommodation is offered for medium-term stays (minimum 30 nights) during the winter period from November to April.
For medium-term stays, your booking will require the signing of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease) in order to comply with legislation.
To do this, we will need some additional information (identity card, insurance, supporting documents).
Without a duly signed contract, we will unfortunately not be able to give you access to the accommodation. This does not affect the terms and conditions agreed via our website or via the various rental platforms.
On site, you will be personally welcomed by a representative selected by Cocoonr Annecy. They will show you the apartment, answer your questions, and hand over the keys.
