Nestled between the lake and the mountains, you can enjoy this idyllic retreat surrounded by nature and tranquillity, all within an authentic and unspoilt setting. Perfect for a holiday with family or friends, the chalet is laid out as follows: Living area: - Large living room with a cosy lounge area and a fireplace - Dining area for 6 people - Separate toilet - Fully equipped separate kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric oven, microwave, ceramic hob, crockery for 8 people) - East-facing terrace, accessible directly from the living room, with table, chairs and parasol Bedroom area: - Bedroom 1: two single beds (90x200) facing south with views of the lake and mountains - Bedroom 2: double bed (160x200) facing south with views of the lake and mountains - Study area with an extra mattress for 5 guests, suitable for a child - Luggage storage space - Separate toilet - Bathroom with bath Outdoors: - Private garden of 1,350 m² with views of the lake and mountains - Terrace with outdoor furniture Additional facilities: - Wi-Fi, hi-fi system, washing machine, private parking, iron and ironing board.

Nearby: The chalet is situated in a quiet location, close to the village of Saint-Jorioz, less than a 10-minute drive from the lake and the beach. - Cycle path right outside the chalet leading to the region’s most beautiful mountain passes, including the Semnoz - Shops: Supermarket (Super U), newsagent’s, bakery, butcher’s, florist’s, banks… 6 minutes’ drive away Activities: Go hiking on the Semnoz, cycle along the lake’s shores, experience the thrills of water sports (wakeboarding, private outings…), explore the local heritage on cultural tours (Annecy Lake Ecomuseum…), take to the skies for a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy’s old town.
Food lovers can enjoy bespoke gastronomic experiences thanks to our chef services (delivery, private chef, etc.). All your activities and services can be organised by our local partner, an expert in personalised holidays. Transport: - The regular SIBRA bus routes Y51 and 15 serve Annecy town centre (around 25 minutes) as well as the nearby beaches (5 to 20 minutes). The nearest bus stop is 1.2 km from the accommodation (uphill). - Geneva International Airport is approximately 45 minutes’ drive away.
Bus services and private shuttles also connect Geneva to Annecy.
For greater convenience, we recommend using taxis or private hire services. - If you choose to travel by car, 3 private parking spaces are available at the chalet Other notes: - Non-smoking accommodation - Parties and noise disturbances are strictly prohibited - Hotel-quality (4/5-star) bed linen and towels are provided.
The beds will be made upon your arrival.
Tea towels and bath mats are also provided. - We are happy to welcome your pet (dogs up to 8 kg) for an additional charge of €40. For any special requests (heavier pets, a second pet, other types of pet, etc.), please contact us: we will carefully consider your request. On arrival, you will receive a personalised welcome from a service provider selected by the Cocoonr Annecy agency.
