- Separate lounge of 50m², bathed in light thanks to its high ceilings of over 5m, with fireplace, reading area and exposed beams

The Villa is located in a quiet area of Saint-Jorioz, just 5 minutes' drive from the centre and less than 10 minutes from the lake and beach.
- Cycle path along the lake 5 minutes away by bike or at the foot of the Villa to reach the mountain passes.
- Shops: bakery, greengrocer, supermarket, delicatessen, pharmacy, etc. 6 minutes away by car.
Activities :
Go hiking at Semnoz, cycle along the shores of the lake, experience thrills with water activities (wakeboarding, private outings...), explore the local heritage on cultural visits (Lake Annecy Ecomuseum...), take to the skies on a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy's old town. Connoisseurs of fine cuisine can enjoy tailor-made gastronomic experiences thanks to our chef services (delivery, private chef...). All your activities and services can be organised by our local partner, an expert in personalised holidays.
Transport :
- Regular SIBRA bus routes Y51 and 15, with a stop close to the Villa, provide easy access to Annecy city centre (around 25 minutes) as well as nearby beaches (10 to 20 minutes).
- Geneva international airport can be reached in around 45 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services.
- If you choose to come by car, a private parking space is available in front of the residence.
Other remarks :
- Entirely non-smoking accommodation
- Parties and noise pollution are strictly forbidden.
- Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided. Beds will be made up on arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided.
