On Moriani beach, a 105 m² house on two levels, near a house occupied year-round (shared entrance and parking).
It is comprised as follows: Ground floor: - Living room/kitchen - 1 bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) - 1 bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm) that can be joined upon request - 1 bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and en-suite shower room/Restrooms - Shower room - Restrooms - Laundry room First floor (accessed via a spiral staircase from the living room): - 1 bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and en-suite bathroom/Restrooms Access to the cottage is via a 200-meter dirt track (please drive slowly as the track is in poor condition) Direct access to the beach from the property (private gate) - 250 m² fenced garden - 70 m² terrace - Garden furniture - Lounge area - 6 sun loungers - Gas barbecue and griddle - Ping-pong table - Children's beach games - 2 parking spaces on the property (shared entrance and parking with the other house) - Air conditioning in the living room/kitchen and upstairs bedroom - Washing machine - Dishwasher - Microwave - Freezer compartment - Television - Wi-Fi - Heated towel rail - Hair dryer

Très bonne accueil tout en restant discret et disponible Un emplacement de rêve plage a 2 pas centre ville proche a pieds Villa avec grande terrasse ou nous finissons les soirées Tout est fonctionnel pour 8 personnes Je recommande vivement et souhaite y retourner
