The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming house for rent in Ault, 200 m from the beach, with a surface area of 80 m² and capacity for up to 6 guests.
It comprises a 16 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi (fiber optic), sheets, and towels are included.

The accommodation is laid out as follows: On the ground floor - A 16 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, and dining area - A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hotplates, and more - A veranda with dining area - A bathroom with shower and toilet Upstairs - Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190) with toilet - Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190) For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board. Outside - A 20 m² terrace, facing east and furnished so you can enjoy sunny days. The house is ideally located in Ault, in a very pleasant setting.
You will find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, and more. Activities: - Discover the cliffs of Ault - Onival beach, located 200 m away - Visit the local heritage sites (Saint-Pierre Church, Ault Lighthouse, etc.) - Take a boat trip to discover the cliffs from the sea Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the house. For other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Tréport–Mers-les-Bains, located about 6 miles away - Nearest airport: Paris Beauvais, located about 62 miles away Other comments: - Sheets and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available (fiber optic) - Pets are allowed for an additional fee of €15/stay, one pet only (cat or dog). Maison très bien située et équipée avec tout ce qu'il faut. Propreté acceptable. Concierge très sympathique, contact très facile.
Grand point négatif était la forte odeur d'humidité et de renfermé qui vient apparemment d'un souci d'humidité du bâtiment même, comme montraient quelques traces de moisissures sur les murs.
Excellent pour un weekend à 6 adultes et animal de compagnie, il ne manquait rien !

Emplacement parfait !
Vraiment très proche de la plage et des activités nautiques, et proche du petit Bourg de l'autre coté, cela se fait très bien et rapidement à pieds le long de la mer, avec une vue incroyable !
Juste pour un peu plus de confort, peut-être mettre des absorbeurs d'humidité à l'étage
Changer le matelas du canapé-lit, qui se creuse dans le milieu. C'est tolérable pour un weekend, mais à voir pour plus....
