Cotman Cottage is a pleasant pet-friendly cottage resting on the water’s edge in Hoveton, Norfolk.
Ideal for couples, families or friends seeking a riverside escape boasting an open-plan living space, designated parking and river access.
Park the car and enter your riverside retreat.
Upon entering, you are met with a bright and spacious open-plan area consisting of a well-appointed kitchen, dining area and sitting area.
Whip up a delicious meal in the kitchen, utilising the oven and hob, with a DAB radio nearby playing your favourites.
Once delicious aromas fill the air, gather around the dining table set for four guests.
After dinner, let the dishwasher take care of any mess left behind, then pick a leather sofa to unwind on. You can gaze out the window at the boats passing by on the river, or flick on the TV for a cushy movie night.
In the evening, ascend the stairs to freshen up in the bathroom with a bath to soak in or a shower to rinse away the outdoors.
Choose from a double bedroom or a twin to rest and rejuvenate for the night, both neatly presented.

Cotman Cottage, consists of an open plan living space with kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, a dining area with seating for four guests and sitting area with a TV. The bedrooms consists of a double, and a twin serviced by a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Outside there is rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture. and designated parking place for 1 car. Within 0.4 miles, you will find a shop and pub and within 0.1, a river. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. One well-behaved pet welcome. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Enjoy the blissful river views at Cotman Cottage. Note: There is no fence from the river, please take care with dogs and children. Note: Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of 200 GBP. Please note: this property does not accept Sunday check ins. Please note: this property accepts a minimum of 3 night stays
