Set high on a quiet lane, this traditional stone cottage greets you with sweeping views across the Yorkshire countryside and the distant silhouette of Wainhouse Tower rising above the valley.
Step through the front door and into the heart of the home—a warm kitchen/diner where a circular table invites slow breakfasts and evening chats.
Wooden floors and countertops echo the natural surroundings, while a rustic beam overhead nods to the building’s heritage.
From here, the flow leads naturally into the beamed sitting room, where mullioned windows frame the landscape beyond.

11 Hollin Well Cottage is a cottage consisting of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, and seating for four guests and a sitting room with a Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a double serviced by a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed front garden with lawn and furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.
