The Cocoonr agency offers this beautiful and bright flat for rent in a secure residence, located on the 5th and top floor, accessible by lift. Completely renovated and furnished, with a friendly atmosphere, located between the Chartrons district and the Bassin à Flot, 10 minutes from the centre of Bordeaux, near Place Ravezie and the Quays, you will have a parking space in the residence at the bottom of the building.
This flat is fully furnished and equipped so that all you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy all the comforts for an unforgettable stay. Le Charme d'Antan can accommodate up to 2 adults and one child. The flat is composed as follows: - A living room with a sofa bed (a partition allows you to close off this space if a child is sleeping on the sofa bed) - A comfortable dining room - A fully equipped separate kitchen: refrigerator, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and traditional oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and numerous utensils - A double bedroom (140x190 bed) - A bathroom with shower - Separate toilet - A large balcony Transport: - A private parking space at the bottom of the building completes this accommodation.

le parking, la tranquillité, la grandeur et l'aménagement de l'appartement, les équipements en général, l'accueil et la disponibilité de l'hôte
La table basse du salon sur laquelle nous nous sommes cogné trop souvent, le plateau en verre laisse voir les pieds qui ne sont pas au pourtour de la table mais à l'intérieur.
