Enjoy our completely new villa in the quiet Tepe area of Alanya. This luxury holiday home sleeps 10 people and is ideal for family fun. Relax by the private pool or in the cosy lounge area outside. Within 10 minutes you are in the vibrant centre of Alanya. With personal contact before and during your stay, we make sure you enjoy carefree. Discover Kleopatrabeach, the cosy harbour and the best of Alanya combined with real comfort.
The space
Inside, the villa features a spacious living room and a large kitchen, ideal for cosy dinners and relaxing evenings. There are 4 bedrooms: a family room with bunk beds, a master bedroom with bathroom en-suite, as well as 2 more comfortable bedrooms. With a total of 3 bathrooms, there is plenty of privacy for everyone.
Outside, you will enjoy a private pool with sun beds, a covered lounge terrace and a garden with barbecue - perfect for sunny days and atmospheric evenings. The villa is also fully fenced, ensuring peace and privacy.
Staying here means carefree enjoyment in luxurious surroundings, with everything at hand for an unforgettable holiday.
Guest access
Our accommodation is located on a steep slope and the entrance is accessed by stairs. The grounds are fully fenced, allowing you to enjoy privacy and security. Please note that there is a mosque nearby, so prayer calls may be audible. For your convenience and to best explore the area, we recommend renting a car during your stay.
Other things to be aware of
We ask our guests to abide by the house rules; for example, the accommodation is not rented to groups of young people and smoking is not allowed inside. If required, we can support you in renting a car. In addition, a bus runs along the main road near the accommodation 3 times a day and you will find handy contact information for taxis in the accommodation, so you can always get around easily.
A security deposit must be paid in cash per stay, which you will get back if you leave the villa in clean condition without damage and pollution.
Please note that electricity and water are calculated after staying in the villa in your presence and must be paid upon departure.
