It has a floor area of 237 m² and can accommodate up to 10 guests.
It comprises a 60 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, five bedrooms, one bathroom (with a bath) and two shower rooms (with showers), and you can enjoy a garden of around 600 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you! The property is laid out as follows: Ground floor - A 60 m² living room with a TV, sofa, wood-burning stove and dining area - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - A conservatory with furniture - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160x200) - A bathroom (with shower and bath) and a toilet - Separate toilet Upstairs - Bedroom 2: a king-size bed (180x200) - Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160x200) - Bedroom 4: two single beds - Bedroom 5: one double bed (140x190) - Shower room (with shower) - Shower room (with shower) and a separate toilet - A small room with a desk and an exercise mat - Separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board. Outdoors: - A private, unheated above-ground swimming pool (6.4 x 4.1 m), open from May to September - A south-facing landscaped garden of 600 m² - South-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days The house is ideally situated in Niort, in a very pleasant setting.
