Cocoonr offers you this charming 237 m² air-conditioned villa with swimming pool for rent in Niort, which can accommodate up to 10 guests.
It comprises a 60 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath) and two shower rooms (with shower), plus a 600 m² garden.

The accommodation is as follows: Ground floor - A 60 m² living room with TV, sofa, stove and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - A veranda with furniture - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200) - Bathroom (with shower and bath) and WC - Separate WC First floor - Bedroom 2: king-size bed (180x200) - Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160x200) - Bedroom 4: two single beds - Bedroom 5: double bed (140x190) - Shower room - Shower room and WC - A small room with a desk and a sports mat - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board. Outside: - A private, unheated, above-ground swimming pool (6.4 x 4.1 m) open from May to September. - 600 m² south-facing landscaped garden - South-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather The house is ideally located in Niort, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Niort keep - Visit the Bernard d'Agesci museum - Explore the Poitevin marshlands - Visit the Halles de Niort Public transport: If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the villa. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Niort, 5 km away - Nearest airport: La Rochelle, 73 km away Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
