Cocoonr agency offers this superb, fully renovated apartment, ideally located just a 6-minute walk from Strasbourg's historic centre, on the 1st floor of a residence with a lift, in the highly sought-after Krutenau district.
Designed to accommodate up to 6 guests, this apartment stands out for its modern comfort, warm atmosphere and three separate bedrooms.
Perfect for a family holiday, a trip with friends or a business stay, it offers a welcoming and relaxing setting, with all essential amenities close at hand. To make your stay as pleasant as possible, cleaning is included and 4★ hotel-quality linen (bed linen, towels, tea towels) is provided.
For your comfort, the beds will be carefully prepared before your arrival. The accommodation comprises the following : - A spacious, bright and welcoming living room, featuring a 55-inch TV and a dining table (160x90), ideal for spending quality time together. - A modern and spacious, fully equipped kitchen including : refrigerator, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle and kitchen utensils, designed to make preparing meals easy and allow you to fully enjoy your stay. - Three comfortable bedrooms, including one bedroom with a king-size bed (180×200) and workspace, a second bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and workspace, and a third bedroom with two single beds (90x190). All bedrooms are equipped with roller shutters and blackout curtains for complete darkness, providing an ideal environment in which to relax and unwind. - A modern bathroom with a large shower (160x90), as well as a separate WC for added everyday comfort. - Additional amenities : washing machine, hairdryer, ironing board and iron, high chair and baby cot, fans in summer and a heated towel rail in winter, providing everything you need for an independent and comfortable stay. - A pleasant balcony, ideal for enjoying a relaxing moment outdoors, whether for a morning coffee or a peaceful end to the day. Surroundings : Located in the heart of Krutenau, one of Strasbourg's liveliest and most authentic districts, you can enjoy a true village-like atmosphere, with trendy cafés, restaurants, markets and independent shops.
Notre-Dame Cathedral, Petite France, the Christmas Market, sightseeing boats and numerous museums are all just a few minutes' walk away.
The UNESCO-listed historic centre can be reached in 6 minutes on foot, the Cathedral in 10 minutes and Petite France in 14 minutes. Transport : If you choose to travel by car, the recommended car parks are the covered Austerlitz car park and the open-air Bourse car park, both located a 3-minute walk from the accommodation.
On-street parking is subject to charges from Monday to Saturday (9:00 am-7:00 pm) and is free on Sundays and public holidays. Getting around : - The “Porte de l'Hôpital” tram stop (lines A & D) is a 4-minute walk from the accommodation. - Strasbourg Central Station can be reached in 15 minutes by tram (direct lines A & D) or 10 minutes by car. - Strasbourg International Airport is a 20-minute drive away, with direct access to the motorway within 5 minutes. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre-optic connection & WiFi 7). - Pets are not allowed. - The accommodation is non-smoking. The accommodation is accessible from 4:00 pm. The keys must be collected from a secure key dispenser located in a laundrette approximately a 4-minute walk from the accommodation.
The laundrette closes at 9:00 pm. If you expect to arrive later, please contact us in advance so that we can arrange an alternative key collection point together. Πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο με μοντέρνα διακόσμηση. Εύκολη πρόσβαση, πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο, με καταστήματα και parking στα 5-10 λεπτά. Ήσυχο και ασφαλές.
Λιγότερες απαιτήσεις κατά τη παράδοση του διαμερίσματος. Θα προτιμούσα η καθαριότητα των σκευών να γινόταν από επαγγελματία και όχι από τον προηγούμενο ένοικο
