Cocoonr agency offers you this charming house for rent in Saint-Philibert, less than a kilometer from the beach, with Wi-Fi (fibre optic), a surface area of 160 m² and capacity for up to 8 guests.
It comprises a lovely 50 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath), and a partially enclosed garden of approximately 1,200 m². Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: - A 50 m² living room - A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - A master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite bathroom + WC - A small lounge with TV. The television is only available for access to streaming platforms (Netflix, YouTube, etc.) via your own personal accounts.
We do not provide a connection to these services. - A children's bedroom with 1 bunk bed - A bathroom with a laundry area -A separate WC Upstairs: -A bedroom with 1 single bed -A bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160x200) -A bedroom with 2 single beds (80x200) forming a queen-size bed -A bathroom with shower + WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A beautiful 1,200 m² garden, partly fenced, with a terrace and furniture for enjoying sunny days The house is ideally located in Saint-Philibert, in a very pleasant environment.
You will find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, and more. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park. Other comments: - Sheets and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic) - Pets are welcome (one pet per stay), subject to a supplement of 15€. Please specify this when booking. séjour excellent,
petit bémol concernant l électricité du logement, en effet manque de puissance électrique, baisse de tention, arrêt du lave vaisselle par manque de puissance, lampes de chevet sans utilité et .....

La maison se situe près d’un étang et à quelques pas de la plage.
Tous est fait pour se sentir comme à la maison et tous les équipements sont de bonne qualité.
Un endroit agréable pour les petits et les grands.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans cette jolie maison, tout confort.
Elle est située dans un cadre privilégié de Saint Philibert, la plage est à 2 min à pied en passant par le petit chemin derrière la maison.
Environnement très calme.
La maison est très bien équipée et avec des éléments de qualité.
C’était parfait !!
