Located on the first floor of a new residence, this 68 m² flat comprises : - a charming living room, - well-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge), - an 8.5 m² south-facing terrace with views of the lake and mountains, - upstairs, two 10.5 m² bedrooms with 160 × 200 cm double beds, and a sofa bed in one of the bedrooms, - bathroom with shower and WC, - a second bathroom with shower, - separate WC, - Vacuum cleaner, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Hair dryer, Cot, - TV, Satellite or cable, Wifi, Games for all ages, - Radiators, Carbon monoxide detector, Smoke detector, Hangers, - 2 parking spaces available.
