Nous aurions juste souhaité être informé dans l’annonce que la place de parking ne pouvait accepter qu’une petite voiture.
Un grand parking gratuit est disponible à 250 m.
Nous gardons ce logement comme notre point de chute pour nos séjours à Laval

Positive:
Appartement spacieux, propre, bien décoré. Belle vue sur la promenade depuis l’appartement et sur le château quand on arrive à l’étage. Emplacement idéal pour nos besoins.
Negative:
Malheureusement, l’ascenseur était en panne lors de notre séjour

Le logement est très bien situé, dans le très beau vieux Laval, avec une agréable vue et à proximité de nombreux commerces et de la place du marché.
Les pièces sont lumineuses et l'environnement est très calme.
L'appartement est bien équipé, la literie très bonne.
