The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming house for rent in Assérac, approximately 700 metres from the beach.
It has a surface area of 120 m² and can accommodate up to 7 guests.
It comprises a lovely 55 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with bath and shower) and a garden of around 450 m².
Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included.

The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 55 m² living room with lounge area (sofa and armchairs), dining room and kitchen - A kitchen with a central island, equipped with the following: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: with two single beds - Bedroom 3: with a single bed - Bedroom 4: with a bunk bed (sleeps two) - A bathroom with shower and toilet - A bathroom with bathtub - A separate toilet - A laundry room For even more comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: garden furniture (table, chairs, and armchairs), barbecue, washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron.
Outside: A beautiful 450 m² garden divided into two parts: - Enclosed garden at the rear of the house measuring 200 m² (east-southeast facing) with a terrace for enjoying sunny days - Unenclosed garden at the front of the house measuring 250 m² (west-southwest facing) The house is ideally located in Pont Mahé (commune of Assérac), in a very pleasant environment, surrounded by pine trees and close to the sea.
Activities: - The sea is within walking distance (700m) with the beach at Pont Mahé (Natura 200 protected site), - Countryside nearby with walks on trails around the house, - Many places to visit in the surrounding area: the Mine d'Or beach in Pénestin, the medieval town of Guérande, La Roche-Bernard, the salt marshes, the Brière nature park, etc.
Amenities: - In Pont Mahé, grocery stores and brasseries in the campsite shops, restaurant, and beach bar. - In Pen Bé (4.5 km), shellfish sales, bar/restaurant. - In Assérac (5 km), grocery store, bakery, hairdressers, doctors, pharmacy, local market on Tuesdays. - In Pénestin (5 km): all shops, Carrefour supermarket. - In Herbignac (11 km): all shops, Leclerc hypermarket.
Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the house.
