On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living area with a lounge, dining area, fully equipped open kitchen, and a bathroom. The two bedrooms are located upstairs for added privacy. The bright, air-conditioned living room opens onto the terrace through a large sliding door, making it perfect for relaxing. The modern lounge features a smart TV with streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime.


The house features a beautiful southwest-facing wooden terrace, ideal for enjoying sunny afternoons and warm summer evenings. You’ll also appreciate the private swimming pool (6x3 m, depth 1.40 m) with an alarm and night lighting. For your comfort, garden furniture is provided: sun loungers, parasol, Fatboy chair, Weber gas barbecue, etc. A pétanque court at the side of the house guarantees fun moments with family or friends.


Located in a peaceful residential area, the villa is just 15 minutes from the Nîmes Pont-du-Gard TGV station (Manduel). The center of Garons village is a 10-minute walk and offers a bakery, convenience store, tobacco shop, and a local market on Saturday mornings. For larger shopping trips, a Lidl supermarket is just 700 m away. Nearby, you’ll find many cultural and tourist attractions: Pont du Gard, Uzès, Anduze, and Les Baux-de-Provence. The vibrant city of Montpellier is only 40 minutes by car, and the sea and beaches are less than an hour away.
