Cherry Tree Cottage, a semi-detached house, consists of a kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, and washing machine, and a living/dining room with TV and dining seating. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, double, and single. There is a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn and patio, an enclosed front lawn, and roadside parking. Pet-friendly. Sorry, no smoking at this property. Please note: For elderly guests, the walk into the village opposite the cottage includes a steep hill, please take the main road.

We had a lovely stay, the house was nice, a little tired looking but served its purpose. The beds were extremely comfy! In the kitchen a grill pan is needed. Parking was an issue and there is a very barky dog next door that woke us up early, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

The perfect property for our family to explore Bakewell and the Peak District from. Very comfortable. Extremely responsive owner. Conveniently located for walking to and from the town centre but a very peaceful location - even when town was busy. We would go back.

What a delightful cottage, the location is perfect for visiting the centre of Bakewell with views to the hills. The property is spacious, very clean and well equipped with all you need for a home from home holiday. I would recommend the cottage and indeed will stay there again on future house hunting trips to the Peak District.
