Flat 7 Sand Acres consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen including an electric double oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for four people, and a sitting area with a Smart TV and balcony. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a child’s bunk bed, along with a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Outside, there is access to a public car park. Within 0.1 mile, you will find a shop and a beach, 0.8 miles a pub, and 1.4 miles a lake. Sorry, no pets, and this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Enjoy the seaside at Flat 7 Sand Acres. Note: The apartment has direct lift access. Note: A maximum of four people are allowed.
