Falmouth Bay 1 is a charming ground-floor residence situated in the sought-after town of Falmouth, Cornwall.
Its proximity to the beach makes it perfect for numerous seaside excursions, while also being near various amenities, making it an excellent choice for families seeking a delightful retreat.
To access your new holiday home, walk around the side of the building to find the entrance (through the porch and up three steps to the apartment door). Upon entering the sitting room, you can witness a friendly race to claim the corner of the couch in front of the Smart TV. Once everyone has settled on their preferred spot on the sofa, choose a show that appeals to all. Once you are settled, proceed to the kitchen and dining area, where you can gather everyone around the table in anticipation of a delicious meal you are about to prepare.
After enjoying your meal, take advantage of the outdoor garden bench to soak up the sun, if it decides to shine.
As the stars begin to twinkle in the evening sky, return indoors to rest in either the king-size or twin bedroom.
When you awaken from your slumber, start your day with a refreshing shower before embarking on more family adventures.

Wonderful comfortable apartment. The bed was extremely cosy and absolutely loved the power in the shower! Nice and clean and most things provided that we needed. I think nowadays though an air fryer would be an asset. Would definitely recommend. A nice stroll into town, probably 20 mins walk.

Positives- good location, very quiet. Kitchen facilities good, just need an oven glove. Lovely soft large bath towels. Comfy bed and sofa, and good WiFi. Only negative- needs a good spring clean (windows, skirting boards, kitchen cupboards, dining chairs dirty/grubby)General cleaning was good, but lots of old cob webs. Mould in bathroom
