271 California Sands Estate is a fine, pet-friendly villa situated by the seaside in California, Norfolk.
This single-storey property boasts an electric fire, sofa bed, and ground-floor living – well-positioned to nearby beaches and amenities, 271 California Sands Estate is idyllic for a family or group of friends and one polite pet on a getaway in Norfolk.
Return from a day out at the beach and enter your new haven to cosy up by an electric fire that will hug warmth back into your ocean-dipped toes.
Rinse off the stubborn sand that followed you home in a shower room, before utilising the kitchen space equipped with oven, hob, microwave, and fridge to whip up a culinary creation worthy of satisfying your well-earned appetite.
Enjoy a drink on the front patio while your pup plays on the lawn and the sun sinks into the countryside.
Fall onto the sofa in the sitting room and into a film on the TV, before welcoming sleep in a double, bunk, or sofa bed eager to catch you. Soak up your local surroundings with access to the holiday park’s bar, restaurant, shop, and swimming pool on site, then venture out for a day at Haven + Caister-on-Sea (Beach), and stop off for some pub grub at the California Tavern close-by to your property.
Venture a little further afield to Great Yarmouth to meet the sea-animals at SEA LIFE Great Yarmouth, dive into the sea at Great Yarmouth Beach, and treat the family to some fun at Joyland amusement park.
Take that short drive to Norwich for a scenic stroll around The Plantation Garden, explore The Museum of Norwich at the Bridewell, and catch a show at Norwich Theatre Royal.

Very pleased with the challet, well situated, well maintained, clean and tidy. 10 mins walk to the beach, well stocked shop on site and plenty of places to walk. Only thing I found to improve would be to fit blackout blinds or curtains, very bright when the sun comes through the windows in the morning. Perfect if you can sleep with light though. Would recommend and would return.

I very much enjoyed my 4 days at California sands...ideal spot for exploring the area... The free use of the swimming pool was an added bonus.
