3 Rosemary Lane is a traditional terraced cottage lying in the historic town centre of Conwy, sitting within view of Conwy's famous town walls from the doorstep and offers an excellent base for a break to North Wales.

Admire the views of the walls before stepping inside and being welcomed into the open-plan living and dining room, immediately being struck by the clever mix of both old and new, from a beautiful antique dresser to the large Smart TV on the wall.
Relax on the sofas whilst the gas stove-effect fire adds a warming ambiance to the room, with a dark wood dining table to come together around for mealtimes.
A modern fitted kitchen is equipped with all you need for a self-catered stay, with marble worktops and stylish black units, you'll enjoy rustling up delicious dishes in here.

The living areas for this property include a kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, slimline dishwasher, and a living/dining room with Smart TV, gas effect fire. The bedroom consists of a king-size and a single, serviced by a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC both on the first floor. There is a double bedroom on the third floor. Outside there is an enclosed patio suitabe for letting dogs out only. Parking available in a public car park. Within 0.1 miles you will find a shop and a pub and please note that two well-behaved dogs are welcome but sorry, no smoking. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels and WiFi included in the rent. 3 Rosemary Lane is a wonderful base in Conwy for a relaxing break to the North Wales coast.

Comfortable accommodation close to centre of Conwy. Well equipped kitchen, and comfy lounge area with smart TV. Parking was difficult, we had to watch for a space on the street, otherwise parked in local carpark which was pricey. Watch your head if you're tall, low doorways and stairwell. Steep stai...
