Zanzibar Beach House has eight en-suite bedrooms. There’s a kitchen equipped with an oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. There’s dining room and sitting room with a bar, Smart TV, DVD player and a selection of DVDs, books and games. Central heating, WiFi, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. A highchair and travel cot are available on request. Outside there’s allocated parking space for 2 cars in secure car park and a terraced garden with furniture, barbecue and hot tub. Two well-behaved dogs welcome upon prior agreement. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.3 miles, pub 0.4 miles, beach 0.1 miles. Zanzibar Beach House is a lovely base to visit East Sussex. Note: Please limit dogs' access to the ground floor and one of the bedrooms. Note: As the property is located is a residential area, noisy parties and loud sound systems aren't permitted.
