The Beach Haven rests close to the Blue Flag beach at Mablethorpe in Lincolnshire, and is the perfect spot for a holiday home within walking distance of the beach and a range of exciting activities and amenities.
Perfect for pet owners, family getaways, or gatherings with friends, the property offers well-proportioned accommodation and is the ideal base from which to discover the delights of Mablethorpe and beyond.
From the minute you park up on the driveway and step into the attractive gardens, your holiday can begin.
The gardens provide the perfect setting to unwind and soak up the Mablethorpe sunshine, offering ample space for alfresco relaxation.
Treat yourself to a rejuvenating soak in the hot tub, adding a touch of indulgence to your stay.
Walk into the property and you are greeted by a hallway leading to bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms and lounge, complete with a TV and a sumptuous orange leather corner sofa which makes a gorgeous focal point to the room and is somewhere you can imagine relaxing and chilling out together.
Step into the perfectly formed large kitchen/diner which has everything you could need to produce delicious food for the holiday party or unbox a local takeaway.
When it’s ready to serve up, if it’s not warm enough to dine outside, then take a seat at the elegant dining table and enjoy each other’s company while eating and drinking in style.
At bedtime, guests can choose from three well-presented ground-floor bedrooms or one on the first floor and with two bathrooms in the house, no need to worry about any morning queues! When you get up in the morning, you are already in the best position for getting out and about exploring, so why not head to the beach 200 meters away at Mablethorpe for the day? Or other beaches in the area to choose from include Sutton-on-Sea, Skegness and Saltfleetby.
If you’re an animal lover then attractions such as Mablethorpe Seal Sanctuary are well worth a visit where you can find out about the amazing work done here and how the seal hospital has helped hundreds of injured and orphaned seals.
Or take a trip to Radcliffe Donkey Sanctuary and meet the donkeys and their extended family which includes Shetland ponies, horses, chickens and ducks.
With a lovely picnic area, this is a great place to stop off and stay awhile.
Towns worth visiting in the region include Skegness, Spilsby and Alford, which are all different but which all offer a warm Lincolnshire welcome.

The Beach Haven in Mablethorpe, Lincolnshire is a well-presented property with four bedrooms including two ground-floor doubles with en-suite shower rooms, a ground-floor bunk and a twin on the first floor, as well as a ground-floor bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and WC. The kitchen/diner is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, tumble dryer, kettle, toaster, and dining seating for eight, and the sitting room has a TV. Outside, there is an enclosed rear lawn and large patio area with 8 seater dining table and chairs. Large 8 seater hot tub with lights. Off-road parking for three/four vehicles. Flat and even easy access outside and inside, ideal for guest with walking difficulties. Within 0.1 miles there is a shop, in 0.2 miles you will find a pub, and within 0.3 miles, a beach. Three well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Child/baby friendly, High chair/cot available on request. Check-in after 4pm, check-out before 10am. The Beach Haven is a great holiday home located close to the beach. This property accepts a Friday changeover. Please note; The hot tub may not be up to desired temperature on day of arrival. Please note: this property accepts a minimum of 3 nights.

Loved this place. Fully equipped, five minute walk to town or beach. Very comfortable. Dog friendly. Accommodates 8 people; only four of us so the hit tub felt massive.

The Beach Haven was excellent in every way. It was very well equipped. The beds were super comfy. The hot tub was lovely and warm. We met the owners who were very pleasant and welcoming We would all definetly recommend

Had a lovely time at The Beach Haven, everything was there that we needed, great location for beach & shops. Very dog friendly & amazing welcome hamper. Have already recommended to friends & will definitely stay again if visiting the area.
