The living areas in this single-storey property consist of a studio-style kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, coffee machine, and Smart TV, along with a double bed and shower room. Outside there is a rear garden with lawn, decking, furniture, and wood-fired hot tub, along with off-road parking. This is a pet-free and smoke-free home. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 0.8 miles, a pub in 1.3 miles, and Great Stour in 0.5 miles. For a romantic escape to Kent, book The Snug at Pickleden. Note: There are steps to the exterior; please take care. Note: Please be aware that there is access to the river from the rear of the garden.
