14 Berwick Road is an accessible, single-storey holiday home resting in a central position in Lytham St. Annes, Lancashire.

With private driveway parking, a wet room, and an electric armchair, this home makes the ideal choice for a convenient stay in a prime seaside location, with plenty of home comforts.

Inside, make your way into the sitting room, which boasts a recliner chair, 55” TV and an electric fire, perfect for cosying up in front of after a day of exploring.

From here, the kitchen has all you need for a self-catering stay, including a hob, oven and microwave, for culinary creations or a quick bite before heading out; there’s also a handy washing machine to keep your wardrobe fresh.

Moving through the property, the dining area rests in the conservatory, providing a lovely space to enjoy your meals, with a view and access to the garden, should you want to dine alfresco in the warmer months.

When it is time to rest, find the double bedroom, a dressing table, and ample storage for your belongings.

There’s also a single bedroom for your companion or child to rest their head in. Appliances include an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, and washing machine. For entertainment, there is a 55” Smart TV and WiFi. Outside, there is a rear, enclosed garden with a patio and furniture, a front garden with a patio, and private driveway parking for two cars. Sorry, this is a pet-free, smoke-free home. Really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you for the welcome pack .The facilities and cleanliness was excellent making it feel like home from home and enjoyed sitting in the conservatory during the day .The location was good with easy walking access into St Annes and within easy driving or public transport access to Blackpool , Cleveleys and Fleetwood.

Would I want to stay there again?? Most definitely. Pleasant and exceptionally quiet area only 15 mins from the coast. Property is clean comfortable and ideally situated for Lytham and St Anne’s and Blackpool. Thank you Dave & Fiona!
