The Flamingo | 1B/1B 3rd Floor Condo - Elevator Access | Fully Renovated | 2 Smart TVs | Electric Fireplace | Private Balcony | Walk-In Shower ️ SLEEP - Queen bed in the bedroom - Sleeper sofa in the living room (pullout, queen sized) - Pillows, linens, and blankets provided IN-SUITE ENTERTAINMENT - 2 Large SMART TVs (you can log into your own apps, please be sure to logout) - One in the bedroom, one in the living area - Electric fireplace in the living area - Private balcony with seating for 2 COOKING - Full chef's kitchen - Open layout with island - Stainless steel appliances - Oven, stovetop, and range - Microwave - Dishwasher - Fridge & Freezer - Coffee maker (drip coffee) -- filters & coffee provided - Cooking supplies, utensils, cups, and plates all provided ♀️ RESORT AMENITIES - Year-round heated pool with a waterview - Bar & grill poolside - Non-swimming beach -- this is for relaxing, suntanning, and hanging out - Fitness Island outdoors (all bodyweight equipment) - On-site convenience store (wine, beverages, beer, snacks, milk/eggs, postcards, etc.) - 24/7 security & gated resort Other things to note: - This condo is professionally managed by the Tampa Vacation Collection - Our concierge service is live 24/7 - Our condo is regularly treated for pests.
Unfortunately occasional bugs are still common in FL so we do not issue refunds for pests Disclaimer: Please note that all stair sections have been completed except for the final section serving the 52’ stack on the south side of Building 3.
Based on contractor and architect evaluations, this section requires additional structural work.
The expected completion date is on or before Tuesday, December 23.
We're available 24/7 by app, phone, or text.
Check-in / Check-out: Standard check-in and check-out times are in place to allow our cleaning team to prepare every unit to our 5-star standard.
Early check-in may be available upon request—just send us a message! A $50 fee may be applied if arrivals or departures interfere with cleaning.
This is Florida, so the occasional pest is common.
While we regularly treat all of our homes for pests, it’s not uncommon to see pests because of the heat including cockroaches, ants, and spiders.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds for this, though we’re happy to come by as soon as possible if pests are spotted.
PLEASE NOTE: - Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot guarantee anything.
If you run short, there are plenty of nearby stores to purchase more supplies! ⚠️ Please be aware that certain situations beyond our control may occur, including construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, utility or city repairs, or other issues on neighboring properties or units.
As these circumstances are beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds for any related inconvenience.
Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay.
Just relax and enjoy your trip knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covering up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only.
Examples included linens, towels, and wine glasses.) Some restaurants are nearby including the on-site bar & grill, the Rusty Pelican across the street, and both the downstairs restaurant and rooftop restaurant at the Current (across the street).

The beach is right outside your door which you can see from the balcony. Whiskey Joe’s beach is down the block, walk or Uber. There is a ton a amazing restaurants in the area. The Big Bamboo Restaurant/Bar is at the pool. The Rusty Pelican is next door to Sailport which is an AMAZING RESTAURANT as well on the water.
