Our 3-bedroom home is designed with comfort and convenience in mind, making it ideal for families, groups or business stays.
Inside, you’ll find three well-appointed bedrooms, including a bunk bed and a sofa bed to accommodate flexible sleeping arrangements.
The cozy living room with a Smart TV is perfect for relaxing after a busy day, while the spacious, well-lit dining area and large dining table provide a welcoming space for meals and gatherings. The modern, fully equipped kitchen makes home cooking easy, with the added benefit of direct access to the garage for extra storage or convenience.
A downstairs WC adds practicality for guests and the property features soft water for an enhanced experience. Outside, enjoy the well-kept garden with garden furniture ideal for a morning coffee or evening unwind.
Free parking is available on-site, offering peace of mind for those travelling by car. This home combines comfort with thoughtful touches, including bright, airy spaces and everything you need for a relaxing stay in Watford. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned, and professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card.
During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided.
If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
