Located on the intracoastal side of Clearwater Beach, our beautifully designed suite is perfectly located with the beach just 2 blocks away and a view of the channel at the bottom of your steps! Cafes, restaurants, and bars are right outside the resort.
The resort features a heated, waterview pool and landscaped courtyard.
There's free parking on-site. Comfortable Accommodation: - Corner suite unit, a studio suite (250 sqft) with nice finishes - Accommodates 3 guests, with few exceptions (e.g., small child) - Quiet atmosphere due to corner location Interior Feeling: - Open layout providing ample space - Queen Murphy bed (set up prior to arrival) - Futon that sleeps one - Pillows, sheets, and sunlight from views Outdoor Bliss: - Direct pool access - BBQ Grill - Beautiful partial water views from the suite - Beach gear available for guest use - Right across from Clearwater Beach Delightful Dining: - Stove with Oven - Full fridge - Plates, cups, silverware, and cooking supplies - Coffee maker (drip) and microwave - Ice maker - Dining table for 2 Sitting Area: - Cozy sofa with pillows and blankets - Smart TV (guest must login to their own channels) Bathroom: - Walk-in, tiled shower - Towels and linens provided, toiletries provided Pets - We’re sorry, but this home is not pet-friendly Professional Cleaning: - Toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper, and coffee provided should last 3-5 days depending on consumption - Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but not guaranteed - Nearby stores available for purchasing more supplies Pests: - Regular pest treatment in place - Common to see pests due to heat including cockroaches, ants, and spiders - No refunds offered for pest sightings, but prompt assistance available if needed Please note - we're a minimum of 3 nights and you must be 25+ to check in =========================================================================== By booking with us, you acknowledge awareness of this ongoing project and agree that its timing and impact may vary. =========================================================================== Your unit is private but there are 25 units at the resort so all of the amenities are shared. This unit is a private unit at a resort.
We manage only a select few units here, all top tier and well taken care of. As a result, we have zero control over any of the amenities outside of the unit. ⚠️ Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay.
Just relax and enjoy your trip, knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covers up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only; examples included linens, towels, and wine. The home is regularly treated for pests.
However, due to Florida's warm climate and proximity to the water, occasional pest sightings may occur despite routine treatments and do not necessarily indicate an infestation.
Refunds or compensation will not be provided for occasional pest sightings. ️️Florida Weather & Property Disclaimer Please note that certain circumstances beyond our control may occur during your stay, including severe weather, citywide power or internet outages, construction or noise outside the property, temporary amenity closures, utility or municipal repairs, or activities taking place on neighboring properties or units. While we make every effort to ensure a comfortable stay and will assist whenever possible, these situations are outside of our control and are not considered property-related issues.
As such, refunds, discounts, or compensation cannot be provided for any inconvenience resulting from these circumstances. Pack ’n Plays must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.
As these items are shared across our units, we kindly ask that you request one, at the time of booking to confirm availability.

If you run out, nearby stores are easily accessible.
Towels are provided for approximately the first 2–3 days of your stay—please use the in-unit washer and dryer if available to refresh them.
If your unit does not include laundry, on-site facilities may be available (fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, subject to availability. Please note that not all listings include laundry, so we recommend checking the amenities or reaching out to our team in advance to confirm. ✓ ITEMS LEFT BEHIND.
If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed. Everything is walkable.
