Cocoonr offers you this charming 73 m² duplex house in Bischwihr to rent, which can accommodate up to 5 people.
It comprises a pretty 35 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath) and a 60 m² garden.
Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - 35 m² living room with TV, sofa bed and dining area - An open-plan kitchen, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Separate WC First floor: - Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: with two single beds, which can be pushed together to form a double bed (on request) - Bathroom with bath and WC For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, iron and ironing board. Outside: - A beautiful 60 m² enclosed and private garden - A 20 m² terrace facing north-west, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather The house is ideally located in Bischwihr, in a very pleasant environment.
All the essential shops are nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : Various events take place throughout the year, including medieval and wine festivals and the Christmas market. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Colmar, about 6 km away - Nearest airport: Strasbourg, about 50 km away - There is a bus stop opposite the development, serving Colmar and the surrounding area. - Easily accessible motorway (7 minutes away) Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free WiFi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Parties and soirées are not permitted, the area is quiet. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

eine Dusche wäre schöner für ältere Leute, ein paar Haken im bad für die Handtücher und eine kleine Garderobe wäre noch schön
