Outside, a separate laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

With Brighton a short drive away, it adds to its appeal. KITCHEN / LIVING AREA The living area has natural daylight pouring in, and the fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, kettle, plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everybody.
In addition to this, we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself.
The dining table seats up to 6 guests.
You’ll find the sociable and light living room set up with a Smart TV and two sofa beds not yet made up as a bed, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie on the TV. BEDROOMS There are two bedrooms with plenty of fresh bed linen provided for all beds. Bedroom 1, double bed, sleeps 2 Bedroom 2, double bed, sleeps 2 2 double sofa beds in the living area, we supply spare linen for the sofa beds. BATHROOM The bathroom has a shower, sink, mirror and toilet We provide plenty of bath towels, hand towels and bath mats PATIO/OUTDOOR AREA Private outdoor area with garden furniture Peaceful garden area OUTDOOR LAUNDRY ROOM Washing machine Tumble dryer Space to store bikes or luggage once you have unpacked PARKING Private off-street parking for 1 vehicle Beautiful cosy cottage with spacious living and private outdoor space IN ADDITION There is an iron, an ironing board and a hairdryer for guests to use Each bedroom has a hairdryer inside The house has underfloor heating in the lounge with thermostats in each bedroom for extra comfort. Late check-out fee - £50+VAT per half hour unless a late check-out has been agreed upon in advance Travel Cot or High Chair fee £50.00 - only on request. Not returning keys to key safe £200+VAT No Pets are allowed This accommodation has 5 steep stairs upon entry and is not suitable for guests with disabilities or limited mobility. Wonderful place. There were serious issues with communication between the management company and house manager. The house manager was quite rude.
