Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 180 m² house in Jully-lès-Buxy for rent, which can accommodate up to 10 guests. It has a lovely 31 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, six bedrooms, two bathrooms (with bath) and a garden of around 300 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- 31 m² living room with fireplace, TV, sofa, armchairs and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A reading room
- A laundry room
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with bath and WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 4: with double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 5: with double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 6: with a single bed (90x190) and an umbrella bed
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A beautiful 300 m² east-west facing garden, enclosed and private, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Jully-lès-Buxy, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market, around 4 km from the property (a car is required). The "voie verte", a cycle and pedestrian path linking Givry to Cluny, is around 450m from the property.
Activities :
- Discover the charming medieval village of Cluny and its famous national stud farm, 30 km away.
- Stroll through the historic streets of Beaune and visit its famous hospices, 40 km away.
- Admire the magnificent scenery from the mythical Solutré rock, 50 km away.
- Stay in the heart of the vineyards of the Côtes Chalonnaises, opposite the village of Montagny and its famous white wine.
- Enjoy the pleasures of swimming and water sports on the Laives lakes, just 13 km (16 min) away.
- Take a cycling or walking break and explore the riches of the region, from Chalon-sur-Saône to Tournus.
