Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The tram station Pierre de Geyter (line T8) is 2 minutes away on foot. The nearest metro station, Saint-Denis - Porte de Paris (line 13), is just a 4-minute walk. Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is approximately a 25-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.

You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.

If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents.

The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedroom has a queen futon bed (160x200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including a hair dryer, towels, a towel-dryer and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
