- BEDROOM 1 with double bed, wardrobe, and dresser;
- BEDROOM 2 with two single beds, wardrobe, and dresser;
- BATHROOM with shower, double sink, toilet, and bidet;
- TERRACE (accessible from the kitchen and living room) with outdoor bench and dining table.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning (split in the living room and master bedroom), central heating, washing machine (on the terrace), iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hairdryer.

- Please note the step to access the terrace from the kitchen.
- In the shower, near the drain, there is a fragile tile: please do not step on it to avoid breakage.

In summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Check-in will be self-check-in. We will provide further instructions closer to your arrival.
