Cocoonr agency offers this charming 75 m² house in Luçon to rent for up to 6 people. It comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower).
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 20 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen, including a dining table, electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc.
- Shower room
- Separate WC
1st floor:
- A landing with a pull-out bed (2 single beds 90×190)
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
2nd floor:
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190)
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Luçon, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market, etc.

- Beaches: Plan d'eau de l'Aiguillon, Grande Plage, Plage de la Barrique, Plage des Bélugas
- Le Puy du Fou
- La Rochelle
- O'Gliss Park Water Park

If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the house.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Luçon train station is 5 minutes away
- La Rochelle airport is 50 minutes away and Nantes-Atlantique airport is 1 hour 15 minutes away.
Other remarks :
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Bed linen and towels are included
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
