This apartment has access to the beach, crossing the ferry lagoon, and is located near shopping centres, cinemas and a wide variety of restaurants.
Barra da Tijuca is a neighbourhood with excellent infrastructure, which makes it simple to move to other regions.
However, you will certainly find everything you need without having to leave Barra! For greater transparency in communication, here are important information about access cards: • The documentation of all guests must be sent MANDATORILY by the second-to-last business day before check-in. Without compliance with this measure, the guest will not be able to stay in the accommodation. • For the use of the garage, it is necessary to use the parking access card (1 available), which is also required for the first access. • To cross the ferry lagoon, you must also carry access cards (4 available). ⚠️ Attention: all cards must be left in the apartment after check out. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine of £90.00 per card. HOUSE RULES Services such as: cot, early check-in and late check-out may have additional charges, in case of doubts contact for further clarification To ensure everything goes smoothly, we ask that you pay attention to some house rules and notices: ⚠️ The reception is not authorised to store guests' luggage, however, if you wish, you can leave your bags here at our agency. ⚠️ It is not permitted to make noise after 10 pm (Noise Ordinance). ⚠️ The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all people who will be staying in the apartment during their stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation.
People who are not on the provided list cannot enter the building. ⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different rubbish bags. ⚠️ Use the service entrance and lift when carrying luggage or swimwear. ⚠️ When leaving the apartment, check that you have switched off all electrical equipment.
Failure to comply with this item may result in the landlord deducting £100 per day from the security deposit. ⚠️ Our check-in is carried out from 3 pm and our check-out before 11 am. If you wish to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability. ⚠️ For each booking, we provide 1 set of bedding per bed and one towel per guest.
Bed and bath linen exchange service can be hired and paid separately.
Be careful with products that may damage them, as any damaged items may be debited from your security deposit. ⚠️ Hygiene items, such as toilet paper, are provided only at the beginning of the stay and are not replenished. ⚠️ All guests must send their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.
