Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a shower room and a shared garden of around 2,000 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 30 m² living room with TV, dining area and sleeping area with two double sofa beds - An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. - A shower room with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A shared unheated swimming pool with access protected by a fence - A 5 m² south-facing balcony with furniture to make the most of fine weather - 2000 m² shared garden The flat is ideally located in Santa-Lucia-di-Moriani, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Relax on Santa-Lucia-di-Moriani's fine sandy beach. - Explore the hiking trails in nearby Castagniccia. - Visit the Romanesque church of San Nicolao and admire its heritage. - Take a boat trip and discover the Corsican coastline. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest airport: Bastia-Poretta airport, a 30-minute drive away.
