The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 300 m² home for rent in Saint-Amand-Jartoudeix, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It comprises a light-filled 65 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, 3 shower rooms and a 32,000 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
Ground floor:
- 65 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: with king-size bed (180×200) and en-suite shower room
- Separate WC
First floor:
- A second living room with access to its balcony
- Bedroom 2: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 4: with two single beds
- Two bathrooms with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- An immense estate of 65,000 m², giving the impression of being alone in the world, while backing onto the village. The grounds are planted with many varieties of trees and flowerbeds. You'll also find a small stream and ponds. Paths have been laid out to facilitate movement while allowing nature to take its course. A terrace at the foot of the house allows you to enjoy your meals while peacefully taking in the scenery.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Amand-Jartoudeix, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are within easy reach.
The Creuse is a great place to hike and discover its heritage. You can walk or cycle directly from the house, and there are many beautiful walks (paths, forests...). The 1st bathing site is 25 minutes away (Bujaleuf), and the grandiose Lac de Vassivière, offering hectares of water for swimming, strolling and sailing, is 35 minutes from the house. The lake is also home to the Ile de Vassivière, a contemporary art museum in the heart of nature.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the house's parking lot, which can accommodate up to 5 vehicles.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Saint-Léonard-de-Noblat train station is a 15-minute drive away.
- Limoges-Bellegarde airport (LIG) is 1 hour away.
